IRI (Institute for Digital Content Support) distributes state subsidies on social impact content produced in Russia and released online, supporting socially-drivenshows, series, web-series, podcasts, blogs etc. The Institute has supported over 1600 titles since 2020. IRI also operates the distribution of social advertising on major Russian websites, helping non-profit organizations publish their social-issue campaigns on a free quota basis.

In 2021 IRI established the Russian Digital Content Award for content creators whose online projects make the world a better place. In 2024 the IRI Award will be distributed for the third time.
