"70 National Preparatory Committees will play a key role in shaping the Festival program. We are counting on the International Council for active discussion and participation. I am sure that together we will be able to make this an unforgettable Festival for everyone involved. Everyone will make new friends, find and discuss new solutions in their life interests. I am sure the Festival week will be a bright and memorable event. But the Festival is not the end of the journey. That is what happened after the World Festival of Youth and Students in 2017. Teams of like-minded people were formed and new projects were started that are still going on today. I am sure it will be the same this time," said Sergey Kiriyenko, Chair of the WYF 2024 Organizing Committee.

During the Congress, foreign guests will discuss the WYF 2024 program. They will share the best practices of work on the organization of the Festival in their countries and discuss the prospects of cooperation after the Festival. Following the Congress, the final resolution of the International Council of the World Youth Festival will be prepared.
