Show Yourself: WYF 2024 to Be the Largest Platform for Creative Young People

As part of the World Youth Festival, the Art.Youth exhibition and market will be held. It is organized by the Tavrida art cluster. Anyone aged between 18 and 35 can participate: artists, painters, sculptors, designers, manufacturers, representatives of local brands, anyone who wants to make their works known to people all over the world. The project will have an expanded international format, allowing creative young people from other countries to express themselves.

The Art.Youth exhibition will take the form of a large gallery of modern art. Young foreign and Russian artists will present original works of art and demonstrate their skills in three areas: video art and digital art, installations, sculpture and kinetic art, and painting and graphics. Prominent and aspiring creators are invited to participate. Applications are open through December 25, 2023, via the @artmolodost_show_bot chatbot, where anyone can send images of their works.

The Art.Youth market is an international mall that will bring together the most diverse products of young designers and local entrepreneurs: from basic clothes to souvenirs to exclusive collections. The Festival will present outfits, hats, various accessories, bags, decorative elements, printed products, books and magazines from all Russian regions and countries participating in the WYF 2024. The market will feature a wide variety of products. From authentic ones, brought from remote corners of Russia and countries participating in the WYF 2024, to the most modern and technologically advanced. Applications are open until January 20, 2024, on the official website of the Art.Youth project.

Festival participants will be able not only to see, but also to buy their favorite works by modern artists, sculptors, designers and craftsmen from all over the world. The Art.Youth exhibition and market will be open during all days of the WYF 2024.

Overview:

The World Youth Festival will take place in 2024 according to the decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin on the development of international youth cooperation. At the first meeting of the Organizing Committee chaired by Sergey Kiriyenko, First Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Administration, it was decided to hold the Festival in the Sirius Federal Territory early next year.

20,000 young leaders in education, science, international cooperation, culture, volunteering, charity, sports, business, media, etc., including 10,000 foreign participants, will take part in the WYF 2024. For the first time in the history of the festival movement young people aged 14-17, 500 from Russia and 500 from abroad, will have the opportunity to participate in the event.

5,000 volunteers from all regions of Russia, including 228 residents of the LPR, DPR, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson Regions will be involved in the organization and delivery of the Festival.

The World Youth Festival is organized by the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh) and operated by the World Youth Festival Directorate.
