Rosmolodezh and the Belarusian Republican Youth Union agreed on cooperation

The Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh) and the Belarusian Republican Youth Union have signed an agreement on cooperation and interaction within the framework of the World Youth Festival.

The document was signed by Deputy Head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs Denis Ashirov and First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union Alexander Lukyanov on March 5. This day at the Festival is held under the sign "Saving the family for future generations".

"It is difficult to overestimate the importance of signing. We are good friends - we form joint ideas, projects, events, activities on the space of our relations, on the space of the Union State, on the space of those projects that the youth themselves have come up with. Last year we did a lot of work to analyze the reset of a huge number of projects that are being implemented in the space of our countries, university, regional, federal. We collected a large array of our joint things that we do and made one simple decision that together we can do even more when we structure it, turn it into a systematic work plan - not just a formal work plan that will be on paper, but a work plan that will be implemented", - said Denis Ashirov.

He added that the document reflects the main strategic points that are important for the youth. These points were discussed with the younger generation.

"For the Belarusian side and, of course, for the Belarusian Republican Youth Union, despite the fact that the event is formal, the formalization of our relations has a very serious ideological backing. The interaction and history of cooperation has been going on for decades. But recent years have been breakthrough years. Literally today, as a follow-up to the signed resolution, a foresight session will be held, where all direct authors, the public sector, government and commercial structures will discuss the prospect of interaction", - emphasized Alexander Lukyanov.

He added that Russian and Belarusian youth are united by many things. First of all - spiritual, moral and moral unity in the understanding of inseparability.

"Of course, our holy mission is to pass this accumulated experience to the future generation", - said Alexander Lukyanov.

He specified that 650 Belarusians came to the Festival. These days Sirius has become the capital of the youth of the whole world. 

"Please accept the words of gratitude and admiration for the organization of such a large-scale Forum, the analogue of which is unknown to any, probably, state on our planet", - summed up Alexander Lukyanov.

The World Youth Festival is taking place at the Sirius Federal Territory from March 1 to 7, 2024, as per the decree issued by Russian President Vladimir Putin aimed at fostering international youth cooperation.

The Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh) is the organizer of the World Youth Festival, with the Directorate of the World Youth Festival serving as the operator for WYF-2024.
