"Within two months, volunteers completed specialized courses at dobro.ru and full-time for 89 regions of the country. Our volunteer centers conducted trainings on team building, intercultural communication, Festival meanings, infrastructure and program, and the Code of Event Volunteering. We are grateful to the trainers who managed to rally and motivate the Volunteer Corps team on the eve of such an important event. I am sure that the volunteers will be able to fulfill their responsible mission and make a worthy contribution to the organization of the Festival," said Larisa Sulima, Deputy Director General for Regional Cooperation of the World Youth Festival Directorate.

The trainers of the WYF 2024 Volunteer Corps also taught the future volunteers how to interact with Russian and foreign guests of the Festival.
