The final educational seminar for the WYF 2024 Volunteer Corps trainers was held at the Mashuk Knowledge Center in Pyatigorsk. From October 30 to November 3, 67 trainers from 10 Volunteer Recruitment and Training Centers of the Ural, Central and Volga Federal Districts were trained.

The purpose of the educational seminar was to train highly qualified trainers who will train volunteers for the successful organization of the World Youth Festival. Specialists with extensive experience in working with volunteers introduced the future WYF 2024 Volunteer Corps trainers to the theory of training specialists and the specifics of training volunteers for major international events. "Trainers are a vital part of the World Youth Festival Volunteer Corps. The competence of the volunteers who will help organize the largest international event depends on their work. All trainers have been successfully trained. Now they have to train 5,000 volunteers for the World Youth Festival in all Russian regions by the end of February 2024," said Larisa Sulima, Deputy Director General of the World Youth Festival Directorate.

Earlier, an educational seminar for trainers of volunteer centers from the Far Eastern, Siberian and Ural Federal Districts was held in the Khabarovsk Territory on October 19-22 as part of the District Volunteer Forum of the Siberian and Far Eastern Federal Districts. More than 30 specialists attended the event. The trainers of the Southern, North Caucasus and Northwestern Federal Districts and new regions were trained in September 2023. Thus, all 160 trainers from 27 WYF 2024 Volunteer Recruitment and Training Centers have been trained.
