Description of the event

Language shapes thinking, and thinking affects general health and longevity. You will get acquainted with the subtleties of this relationship at the Eternal Youth: Polyglot's Advice workshop dedicated to the languages of indigenous peoples of Kamchatka. 

Together with scientists from Kamchatka State University named after Vitus Bering you will learn a few words in the Alutor language, learn more about its history and use in everyday life. The most active participants will receive handmade bracelets created according to ancient Kamchatka traditions.
