Description of the event

Works of great composers are time-tested. They contain mysterious power that can touch the soul, awaken in it a craving for goodness and light, teach empathy and love. 

The Russian national Symphony team will perform works by Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninoff, Prokofiev, Shostakovich, Mozart and Ravel for you. All—Russian youth symphony orchestra under the direction of Yuri Bashmet performs in the first section, and the Russian national youth symphony orchestra under the direction of Dmitry Yurovsky performs in the second one. Soloists of the concert will be people's artist of Russia Hibla Gerzmava, laureates of the XVII International Tchaikovsky competition - Valery Stepanov, Fedor Osver, Maxim Lisin, Sergey Davydchenko and Kim Ke Hee, as well as winners of all-Russian and international competitions - Anastasia Timoshenko and Valeria Abramchenko.
