Description of the event
Artistic swimming in Russia has reached impressive heights and has become one of the most successful sports. Russian artistic swimmers regularly win medals at the most prestigious international competitions, including the Olympic Games. Their graceful style, coherence and sense of rhythm amaze spectators around the world. Their creativity has long exceeded the limits of competition. This creativity is a new art form, a real theater on and under the water.
You are invited to the presentation of a short film about the boundless possibilities of Russian artistic swimmers in conquering the water element. It is based on the 25-year history of victories of our athletes, unique sensations of the Looking Glass and underwater shots inspired by masterpieces of Russian painting and ballet. This will be followed by a creative meeting with the film's authors Maria Kiseleva, Mikhail Palatnik, Andrei Mogirev and champions of different years: Marina Golyadkina, Elena Prokofieva, and Darina Valitova.
