CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
I hereby give my consent to the processing of my personal data by the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "World Youth Festival Directorate" (OGRN 1237700328194, INN 9704210995) registered at the address: 3/1 Novinskiy bulvar, Moscow 121099 (the "Operator").
The purpose of personal data processing is the organization and delivery of the World Youth Festival 2024 (the "Festival"), including:
- obtaining visa support to enter the country;
- provision of access and internal security policies at the Festival venues;
- registration, selection, and accreditation of Festival participants;
- organization of the protocol support of the Festival;
- accreditation, receipt and activation of accreditation documents for Festival participants;
- informing about the Festival dates and venues;
- informing about the Festival events;
- provision of transportation and accommodation for Festival participants;
- conducting statistics and analysis of territorial, age and other criteria for participation in the Festival.
The list of personal data for which consent is given:
- full name;
- sex;
- citizenship;
- date and place of birth;
- details of the identity document (series, number, issuing authority and date of issue);
- scanned copy of the identity document;
- actual residence address and registration address at the place of residence and/or at the place of stay;
- photo;
- place of work/study and position;
- contact details (phone, email, social media, and messenger accounts.
I hereby also give my consent to the transfer (provision) by the Operator of my personal data for the purposes of processing, including:

The above-mentioned personal data will be processed through automated and non-automated (mixed) personal data processing.
Actions performed with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
The period during which the consent of the data subject is valid, as well as the method of revocation, unless otherwise provided by federal law:
This consent to personal data processing is valid from the time of its submission to the Operator until the purpose of the processing has been achieved and may be revoked by me at any time by submitting a simple written request to the Operator.
The personal data of the person concerned are kept according to the legal regulations of the Russian Federation. The personal data shall be destroyed upon achievement of the purposes of personal data processing; upon liquidation or reorganization of the Operator; upon a written request from the personal data subject requesting termination of processing of their personal data (the Operator shall terminate the processing of such personal data within three (3) business days, about which the data subject shall be notified in writing within ten (10) business days).
I hereby confirm that I have read the provisions of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, "On Personal Data" and that I have been informed about my rights and obligations regarding personal data protection.
I hereby confirm that I am familiar with the Policy on Processing and Protection of Personal Data during their Processing in the Information System of the World Youth Festival 2024.
I have been informed that I may be denied the right to enter the Festival territory from the moment the Operator receives written notice of the withdrawal of this consent.
